1. Using assureOffice
These terms apply to assureoffice.in, tax.assureoffice.in and the assureOffice products you choose to use. By using the services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
assureOffice provides tools for preparing, organising, reviewing and exporting professional work. Available features depend on the product and plan you use.
2. Your account and team
Provide accurate account and firm details, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use the team access controls available in your product. Firm admins manage authorised users and client access where those features are offered.
Use the service for your own authorised work. Do not attempt to access another firm's records, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
3. Your records and professional review
Your uploaded and entered records remain yours. You authorise assureOffice to process, store and display them to deliver the features you request. Upload or fetch information you are authorised to handle.
The workspace supports your professional judgement. Review the inputs, classifications and final outputs before signing, filing or sharing them, as part of your normal professional workflow. Applicable filing requirements and your client engagement remain under your control.
4. Connected services
Google Drive and other supported connections operate with the permissions you grant. Your firm manages its connected account, available storage and document sharing. Private Drive documents remain subject to Google's access permissions.
You can withdraw Google access through your Google Account. Revoking access stops future Drive operations once effective and preserves documents already saved there. Connected services also have their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Plans and payments
Where paid plans apply, the checkout or plan page states the price, applicable taxes, period, usage limits and payment conditions before purchase. Free, trial, complimentary and paid access follow the plan offered to your account.
Cancellation or refund requests are handled according to the conditions shown for the purchase and applicable law. Contact the support team if a payment or entitlement needs assistance.
6. Software and public content
assureOffice's software, branding and website content remain the property of their respective owners. Your access permits use of the service and your generated outputs for your authorised work.
If you publish an assureCard profile or other public content, keep it accurate and ensure you have permission to use the images, names and material you include.
7. Service and account support
We maintain and improve the service and may make updates or undertake maintenance. We communicate material changes through appropriate product or account channels.
Where there is an account, access or service issue, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it. Access may be restricted when needed to address misuse, protect records or comply with a legal requirement.
You can request account closure and assistance with export or deletion of app-managed records as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Updates and resolving questions
The effective date identifies these terms. Material updates will be communicated through the website or appropriate account channels. Applicable statutory rights continue to apply.
