Maharashtra LWF: Which Employees Belong in the June and December Contribution List?
A Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund contribution list should be a dated legal roster, not simply the list of people receiving a positive net salary. Establishment coverage comes first. Individual eligibility comes second. The relevant register position on 30 June or 31 December then determines the half-year contribution population. Keeping those decisions separate prevents both missing contributions and deductions from people who fall outside the statutory definition.
